Entegris, Inc.: In 2007, Capira Marketing Communications worked with Entegris on a global survey to better understand the employee communication program and alignment with the company’s brand. A survey tool was developed after personal interviews with key site leaders. The survey was given in five languages at 26 facilities around the globe. Results from the survey and recommendations for future actions were provided.
Brand Messaging
Knowing what to say to your audiences not only creates more effective communications, it saves money. Understanding what key messages to deliver comes from an understanding of the company and the customers and where they intersect.
Johnstech International: In 2008 Capira Marketing Communications worked with Johnstech on customer research to understand what messages would be most effective.

Merger & Acquisition Communications
Over the years, I have planned external and internal communications for several major mergers and even more acquisitions.
Entegris/Mykrolis: In 2005, I led the communications planning for the merger of two semiconductor industry component suppliers. When implemented the plan resulted in rapid awareness of the merger and smooth transitions. The project received awards from the International Association of Business Communicators Pacific Plains Region and Minnesota chapter.
Product Launch
With over 25 years experience working in an engineering/manufacturing organization, I planned a multitude of product launches.
